Topic: Which instrument packs would you recommend?

I remember how impressed I was when I first played Pianoteq. Which of the instrument packs might equally impress?

Re: Which instrument packs would you recommend?

Depends on what music you like to play... for classical, the extra grands, other styles I don't know.

Pianoteq Pro - Bechstein - Blüthner - Grotrian - K2 - Kremsegg 1 & 2 - Petrof - Steingraeber - Steinway B & D - YC5
Kawai CL35 & MP11

Re: Which instrument packs would you recommend?

Please forgive me ahead of time for sounding cavalier, but I would recommend the Studio pack -- everything Modartt offers, coupled with Pianoteq Pro.  Of course this is expensive, until you compare with a decent keyboard equipped with its own sound modules -- then the price of Studio is a bargain.  If you have all of the options at your fingertips any time you wish, you will not feel in need of something you don't have.  Within a few months, you will have forgotten about the cost and will be on your way to enjoying years worth of musical playing enjoyment.  If you happen to disagree, please tell me where I am wrong.

Cheers,

Joe
