Here is an organ piece by J.S. Bach saying goodbye to the ending year: Das alte Jahr vergangen ist, in english: The old year now hath passed away.
I was impressed by the beautiful colors of the St Bavo Church organ in Netherlands as heard (and seen) here:

I rendered it using two instances of organteq alpha and transposed from A minor to D minor to get all notes in:
