Topic: How might I re-acquire PT 4.5?

Like an idiot, I got rid of the file after I sorted out PT 5.8 which I'm happy with.  But I chanced to listen to previous works of mine on Youtube, and the Gymnopedies recorded a few years ago on that earlier version sounded really good.  For me . . . . tbh, I was shocked at the acousticness of these in comparison to my latest efforts.  I'll attempt to demonstrate this in due course.
But I'm just hoping to get my hands on 4.5 again, however, it doesn't seem too easy here right now . . . . .
Help much appreciated!

I'm playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order

Re: How might I re-acquire PT 4.5?

With a bit of guesswork, you can do this:

https://www.pianoteq.com/download?file=...p_v455.exe
https://www.pianoteq.com/download?file=...p_v455.dmg
https://www.pianoteq.com/download?file=...ux_v455.7z

This is the latest v4 version available, I think. Just change the version numbers at the end if you need a different version.

Suggestion to Modartt: please allow ALL old version installers available easily to users.

You need to log in to your user account on Pianoteq website first. Works here.

I am logged in; maybe my request (and the reasons pertaining thereto) are not in line with company policy . . . .like, "onwards and upwards"!  Can't blame them really; who in their right mind would want to regress? (blush)
I'll send 'em a request.

No... why does it work for me, then?

Just right-click on the latest version link, copy the link to clipboard, paste it to the browser's address line, and change the version number to 455.

Hard work and guts!
