Topic: Does Pianoteq support intentionally delay license transfers?
I paid the transfer fee 2 days ago. The buyer has already sent me the money for Pianoteq.
Email sent to support immediately after paying transfer fee with new owner's info. No response. Sent a 2nd email today.
Support says they try and respond in 24 hours, but it's been almost 2 days now.
I'm just trying to satisfy the new owner's purchase. He's the one patiently waiting for a product he has essentially purchased from Modart for $39.
I guess I'm just a tad curious why the wait.
