Hello, with my two Laptops I have some sound problems since the recent version of Pianoteq. I heard some sparkles when I play, sometime it's ok, generaly when I play sound 15 minutes.
My laptops are not the bests, one is a Core 2 Duo 2.2ghz 4Go ram and the second one is a i3 3,5ghz 6Go ram. Ram are occupied as 80% with other vsti.
It's beyond my scope to diagnose a sound problem, especially when one describes the problem as "sparkles", an indeterminate description.
Regardless of what sparkles means, perhaps you can go into the performance window of Pianoteq and change the amount of polyphony or buffer size, to see if this helps correct your sound problem.

Hello, before posting I tried your solutions but I have the same noises. "Sparkles" ? Some high frequences noises seem drop out or glicht, I think is a issue from latencie but before the lasts versions I never heard this.
