Topic: Price of Pianoteq in U.S. dollars

I'm thinking of buying a copy of Pianoteq Stage from their website, which lists the price as 99 euros, and when I put the item in the shopping cart, the price is indicated in dollars as $129.00, which does not reflect the exchange rate, currently $1.0519 per euro. The price of 99 euros should translate to something like $104.14. Is the current exchange rate applied to the online purchase, or is it always $129.00, which would indicate a degree of contempt for the value of the U.S. dollar.

Re: Price of Pianoteq in U.S. dollars

Apparently Pianoteq has more sustained value than the US $.

By disregarding the real exchange rate, Modartt charges a higher price for buyers in the U.S. than it does for buyers in Europe.

It's the revenge of the grenouilles.  Apply for the "Remise Le Pen."

I sent an offer to pay 99 euros by Paypal and await their reply.

That will be a great deal until Trump makes America great again.

I received a reply: no deal. However, I found Pianoteq Stage offered by an authorized dealer on eBay for $113.52, close enough. I bought that and received a URL and registration number to download it from Pianoteq.
