Topic: 16-bit or 24-bit audio?

Hello,

which resolution is used, when Pianoteq5 "talks" to the soundcard? In the manual I found, that PTQ does '32-bit internal computation'. But my onboard-audiocodec ALC283 plays back with either 16, 20 or 24-bit (ALSA).

To which resolution is resampled then? Can it be influenced?

It uses the best bit-depth available, so in your case the soundcard should be opened with 24-bit.
