Topic: Individual notes

Would it be possible for Pianoteq to include the control of individual notes in the next version?

It could allow the user to control notes Singularly or grouping sections together. At the moment If parts of the keyboard range sounds the way you like it, but another section doesn't, you can't correct the sections you don't like without spoiling the sections that you like.

What do other members think?

Re: Individual notes

It's gotten a little buried, but here it is..

Re: Individual notes

Hi DonSmith,

This type of control is promised in the PRO version of Pianoteq, said to be coming out this year.

Re: Individual notes

Would the present Stand-alone version be upgradeable to the Pro-version, or will it be a separate purchase?

Re: Individual notes

I believe that was discussed in the same thread, but yes, it sounds like the upgrade will be roughly the price difference between pro and standard.

Not sure if I'll get the pro version when it comes out.  It sounds intriguing to be able to adjust each individual note, but for me there's already so much to tinker with.  And I usually end up really close to one of the presets.

It'll make the random button 88 times more interesting, though!
