Hello this is my first post, and I was wondering which piano make and models were used for Pianoteq? Would appreciate any feedback, thanks.

Pianoteq doesn't use samples; it creates everything via synthesis.  While I'm sure that some piano models were used during development of this plugin, it's not directly based on any particular make or model of piano.
