Topic: Detune pane: Lowest point at which a bar shows a given pitch = X.0?

In other words, if a given bar shows 440 at a low position, and can be dragged up but still show 440, does the lowest possible position indicating that pitch = 440.00, while the uppermost point represents 440.9, and half-way in between = 440.5?

Or does the middle position = 440?
