Some minor discrepancies with midi mappings

I just thought i'd point out a couple of small issues with midi mappings. They can be worked around - but not very conveniently right now:

1) The metronome buttons, sequencer buttons, and effect switches cannot be midi-mapped directly from the interface. Right click on them would have been consistent with the rest of the interface, but instead it does the same as left click. The work around is to map them from the options dialog

2) Mapping Effect switches (e.g. tremolo on/off) from the options dialog sets the range to off->off. I guess the default should have been off->on. Moreover, to change the "off" to "on" is only possible by entering a positive value (e.g. "1"). I'd expect that writing "on" should have worked as well, but it doesn't. Same should be for "off" / 0.
