Topic: How to go back to 6.0.3?

Hi, I updated to 6.1.1 today, don't like the sound.  I would love to be on board with it, but it is not pleasant sounding to me.... but ...

when I download and run the installer for 6.0.3, it says I CANNOT install it, since I already have the newer version.

Could someone please tell me what to delete, or what to run, to uninstall 6.1.1 so I can re-install 6.0.3?

Many thanks in advance,

Go to the application folder of piano tech.there is a UnInstaller you need to run that first.
Once you have done that, we would your computer.then you can run the old 6.0.3 and it will work

Re: How to go back to 6.0.3?

So you're freezing yourself to 6.0.3. then? Any new piano models released by Modartt WILL need a newer version of Pianoteq, just FYI. I don't think it's a good idea to freeze yourself to a certain version.

FWIW, 6.1.1. definitely does have an improved sound that is MORE pleasant than previous version, I find.

Hard work and guts!
