Topic: Velocity curves not pasting into velocity panel

Good day,

I recently purchased pianoteq stage version to use with my Kawai ES8. I wanted to try the ES7 velocity curves that are on the pianoteq website. When I copy the curves and try to paste them into the velocity panel as suggested, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

God bless,
David

Nobody has this problem or a solution to it? I'm sure it must be something simple.

Re: Velocity curves not pasting into velocity panel

You must first click somewhere inside the velocity panel to select it before pasting if you are using ctrl-V or use the Paste menu entry available with a right-click.

I do that. Still nothing happens. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Re: Velocity curves not pasting into velocity panel

Did you copy the line entirely?

Velocity = [0, 5, 26, 51, 83, 112, 127; 0, 0, 32, 64, 96, 124, 127]

Try to copy it to an editor first to verify the line is in your clipboard.

Thank you my friend, you solved the dilemma. I was not copying the entire line. I was omitting the "velocity = []"  and only copying the numbers. I guess that's a rookie mistake.  It works now. Thank you for the help.
