Topic: When is your stage piano broken when it isn't broken?

After you've been playing Pianoteq all day.

I'm serious - when I switched to the internal sounds of my stage piano after Pianoteq, I thought something had gone wrong with the envelopes or the sustain pedal or whatever - the notes seemed to die away far too quickly.  I even switched it off and back on again, but no change. There's nothing wrong with it - Pianoteq just makes it sound like Linus' toy piano.

Allright Same here. Espacially in the upper keyrange my Kawai MP4 has no chance against Pianoteq. Bad luck for sample pianos...

Hmm - bit of a coincidence there - my stage piano is also a Kawai!!!! LOL  (sorry Kawai!!)

If there's no Pianoteq with me on concerts I love my Kawai too It's cool, but a true modelled Kawai would be better i suppose!
